Job summary

Advanced Supply Chain Group Ltd in Bradford is seeking an Operations Manager for a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse. You will oversee returns movement and ensure seamless flow across departments, delivering delivery excellence for our major retail clients on a permanent, 2pm–10pm shift.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead Team Managers, drive performance, develop talent, and maintain high standards, implementing SOPs to drive consistency and continuous improvement across all

Qualifications

Proven ability to create a dynamic, high-performing team environment.
Strong coaching and development skills to help others grow.
Effective people management, leadership and influencing abilities.
Proactive mindset that embraces change and drives improvement.
Good knowledge of Health and Safety in warehouse/distribution environment.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and practical application.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Oversee returns movement and ensure seamless flow across departments.
Lead a team of Team Managers across warehouse and distribution.
Drive performance, develop talent and maintain high operational standards.
Develop, implement and regularly review Standard Operating Procedures for consistency and quality.
Champion a safe working environment aligned with Health & Safety policies.
