Job summary

Vertical Advantage Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for a late shift in Paddock Wood. You will own outbound and warehouse operations, lead a warehouse team, and drive safety, accuracy and performance across the function.

Highlights include managing goods-out, B2B/D2C stock movements, and KPIs to boost productivity and customer outcomes in a rapidly scaling fulfilment environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all outbound warehouse operations, ensuring deliveries and stock are processed accurately and within SLA
• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse operatives, forklift drivers and goods-in colleagues
• Drive a culture of high performance, accountability, safety and continuous improvement
• Maintain high standards across quality control, stock accuracy and replenishment
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and service levels

Warehouse Operations Manager - Late Shift (12:00 - 22:00)

I’m working with a rapidly scaling fulfilment business, who are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to take ownership of their outbound and warehouse operations in Paddock Wood.

This is a key leadership position within the fulfilment function, with responsibility for goods-out, B2B & D2C operations, replenishment and stock movement, alongside leading and developing a high-performing warehouse team.

What will you be doing?

• Lead and manage all outbound warehouse operations, ensuring deliveries and stock are processed accurately and within SLA
