Page Personnel is recruiting for a Warehouse Operations Manager based in Oxfordshire to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure safe and efficient goods movement, and align activities with distribution schedules.

The role requires planning workloads, monitoring stock movements, and driving continuous improvements while maintaining accurate records within a busy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse workflows, stock movement and storage processes.
• Ability to plan workloads and coordinate logistics activity effectively.
• Confidence prioritising tasks in a busy warehouse setting.
• Experience reviewing operational processes and making practical improvements.
• Ability to maintain accurate warehouse records and operational information.
