We're recruiting for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join a leading manufacturing and distribution group at their Lisburn HQ. This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for warehouse, transport, and logistics coordination - playing a crucial part in aligning supply chain operations with production output.

This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark by refining processes, implementing systems (WMS/ERP), and leading a small but capable team, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance with an early Friday finish.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and motivating a warehouse and transport team- ensuring productivity targets are met
• Managing all aspects of warehouse operations - goods in/out, transfers, returns, subcontract shipments
• Overseeing transport operations including compliance, route optimisation, and haulier relationships
• Driving continuous improvement across systems and processes, including WMS and ERP
• Ensuring full compliance with H&S regulations and promoting a safety-first culture
• Working cross-functionally with production and supply chain teams to align materials and schedules
• Leading on vehicle and driver compliance, maintenance, and cost control
• Supporting internal audits and ISO 9001 standards

What you'll need:

• 5+ years' experience in warehouse or logistics management
• A strong background in team leadership, budget oversight, and process improvement
• Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems and ERP software
• Knowledge of transport legislation and compliance requirements
• Proactive mindset with excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desirable but not essential:

• Experience in a regulated, ISO-compliant or high-volume manufacturing environment
