Job summary

Interaction Recruitment in Huntingdon is seeking a Warehouse & Operations Manager to lead a busy, high-volume ecommerce fulfilment operation. You will oversee inbound and outbound processes, stock control, dispatch and returns, and be accountable for delivering reliable service across multi-channel shipments.

As the business expands into larger warehouse space, you will design efficient systems, manage a small team, and drive continuous improvement.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse & Operations Manager to join our established business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong operational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

As manager you will be responsible for high-volume multichannel e-commerce fulfilment, Amazon shipments, 50–60 container deliveries a year, stock control, dispatch, logistics, and returns and recovery. We're expanding into substantially larger warehouse space, so the right person will be capable of running and shaping a bigger operation.
