Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING is seeking a Warehouse Operative to perform receiving, inspection, labeling, put away, picking, packing and dispatch of goods in line with SOPs. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and stock integrity within a busy warehouse on the High Street site.

This role requires adhering to safety procedures, keeping areas clean and organized, and supporting peak operations, with overtime and urgent tasks as needed. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, inspection, labeling, put away, picking, packing and dispatch of goods in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure correct handling of inventory to prevent damage, loss, or discrepancies.
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks as required.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklifts if licensed).
• Follow all workplace safety, health, and security procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned warehouse areas.
• Participate in proper shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.
• Support peak operations, overtime requirements, and urgent tasks when required.
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
