Job summary

Robinsons Brewery in Stockport is seeking a organised Warehouse Administrator on a temporary six-month contract to cover a long-term absence. You will support day-to-day administration of warehouse operations, ensuring smooth customer collections, deliveries and stock processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse administration, familiarity with stock control systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), strong organisational and communication skills, and the

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse administration or similar logistics environment.
• Knowledge of stock control systems, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Book customer and supplier collection and delivery slots.
• Complete HMRC documentation online.
• Process stock bookings into Business Central.
• Prepare delivery and collection documentation for outgoing orders.
• Liaise with the warehouse team regarding production completion and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
