Job summary

Frontline Recruitment is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to support shop floor operations by coordinating workflow and ensuring materials are supplied to production lines.

You will be the first point of contact for recruitment agency enquiries and help coordinate staffing and daily communications to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift.
• Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in staff and help coordinate daily floor activity.
• Ensure each person signs in/out.
• Issuing key fobs and collecting them at the end of the shift.
• Organise any extra staff when and if needed.
• Support production staff with day-to-day operational needs.
• Keep machines continuously supplied with stock and materials.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials.
• Transport pallets of materials and finished goods throughout the vicinity.
• Liaising with supervisors and ensuring agency staff complete their work.
• Taking staff orders and arranging staffing for the next shift.
• Sending staffing lists.
• Communicating with the main office on a daily basis.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00

Pay: £14.00 - £15.00 Per Hour

Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
