Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. seeks a Warehouse administrator to support the Birmingham site on days, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

You will handle healthcare products, receipts, orders, stock and despatch, maintaining accurate records and escalating issues affecting quality or delivery. The role covers inbound goods checks, picking/packing, warehouse admin, stock movements in the warehouse system, cycle counts and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Clear communication with internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check inbound goods against paperwork, quantities and temperature controls; escalate discrepancies.
• Pick, pack and label orders in line with client instructions and dispatch cut-off times.
• Enter and update receipts, movements and shipments in warehouse systems; maintain accurate records.
