Job summary

Incora's Twilight Warehouse team in Derby seeks a Warehouse Operations Controller (Team Lead) to guide daily operations, ensure quality and delivery targets, and drive performance. You will train staff, provide coaching, manage KPI reports, and be flexible to cover duties to meet output.

The role features a Mon-Thu 4pm–2am shift, starting salary from £26,700 plus a £3,640 annual shift allowance, plus Pension and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and verbal/written communication.
• Some administration experience with solid computer literacy.
• Supervisory experience or Train the Trainer certification is desirable.

Warehouse Operations Controller (Team Lead) Shifts: Monday - Thursday, 4pm - 2am

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Controller (Team Lead) to join our Twilight Warehouse team at our site on Longbridge Lane, Derby. As a Warehouse Operations Controller (Team Lead) you will provide support within the Warehouse Operations Team to ensure quality and delivery targets, process adherence and customer expectations are met to the highest standard. To do this you will utilise all Incora's operational systems to raise and resolve issues ensuring the team’s performance is optimised. Additionally you will deliver training in line with training schedules ensuring two-way feedback takes place via regular one to one’s and coaching sessions as well as take responsibility for various reports in line with KPI’s. You will need a flexible approach as an Operations Controller, undertaking Warehouse duties as and when required to ensure the team delivers the required daily output in a flexible and professional manner.

ABOUT YOU

You will have previous experience of working within a warehouse or logistics environment.

You will possess excellent attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively in both written form and verbally.

You will have some basic administration experience with solid computer literacy, able to learn and adapt to new systems.

Previous experience of supervising a team or holding a Train the Trainer certification are both desirable.
