Job summary

Incora is seeking a Warehouse Operations Controller (Team Lead) for the Twilight Warehouse at our Derby site on Monday–Thursday, 4pm–2am. You will support the warehouse team to meet quality, delivery targets and KPI expectations, using Incora's systems to raise and resolve issues and optimise performance.

You will train and coach team members, conduct regular one-to-one feedback, and take responsibility for KPI reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic administration and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Twilight Warehouse team to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Utilise operational systems to raise and resolve issues and optimise performance.
