Job summary

SHOWPLACE LIMITED is recruiting two apprentices for a Supply Chain Warehouse Operative level 2 programme in the UK. The role runs for about 1 year 3 months, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with a focus on learning on-site with the team, using tools, and handling equipment and vehicles.

You will gain hands-on experience across locations, develop health and safety practices, and have the opportunity to secure a permanent full-time position upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 9-3 (A*-D) or equivalent.
• Interest in logistics, warehousing, and supply chains.
• Willingness to learn and develop practical skills on-site.

Responsibilities

• Learn and work with the site team at different locations.
• Use a range of hand and powered tools safely and correctly.
• Assist in picking and preparing equipment for the site.
• Assist with driving, loading and unloading vehicles as required.
• Work on-site and in the yard, maintaining tidiness.
• Paint and clean equipment on-site and in the yard as needed.
• Assemble equipment and undertake repairs under supervision.
• Assist with set-up and take-down across various locations.
• Follow health and safety requirements at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and wear required PPE.
• Adhere to the Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001:2015

What You'll Do

Showplace provides clients with a complete turn-key service offering quality and style with our own unique structures, which create a huge visual impact and provide everything from furniture and catering to audiovisual equipment and branding.

• Learning and working with the site team at different locations
