Job summary

Proactive Technical Limited in Windsor is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join the team. The role involves receiving goods, stocking with the management system, and ensuring timely material supply to production lines. Handpacking, kitting, and despatch labeling are included, with forklift usage as needed.

The position is based in Windsor (SL4), offers a 37-hour week, and pays £14 per hour. Early Friday finish and standard Monday-Thursday shifts are described in the advert.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock control and goods receipt processes.
• Safe operation of forklift and accurate label/shipment handling.
• Familiarity with stock management systems and kanban practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely supply to production lines and flag shortages with purchasing/quality.
• Kit and pack, pick and pack, and label shipments for despatch.

Proactive are urgently recruiting for a Materials Operative/Stores person to join our client in Windsor (SL4 Area).

£14 per hour

Location: Windsor (SL4)

Normal Working hours: 37hrs / week

Monday - Thursday : 08:00 - 16:30, early finish on Friday

Responsibility

• Receipt of goods into the business and location of products using the computer stock management system
• Ensure timely supply of material to the production lines, liaise with purchasing and quality to highlight possible shortages, and maintain stock accuracy through use of the stock management and Kanban systems
• Kitting and packing
• Pick and pack, and accurately label shipments for despatch to customers, using the use of the stock management system to execute transactions and locate stock
• Using a forklift to move stock around when required (counterbalance).
