Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group partners with a Brigg-based manufacturer to appoint a Warehouse Manager. The role focuses on streamlining processes, leading a warehouse team, and ensuring uninterrupted material supply in line with production plans.

Responsibilities include stock accuracy, 3PL coordination, KPI monitoring, and driving 5S/kanban improvements while maintaining Health & Safety compliance. An experienced, hands-on leader is sought.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar warehouse management role.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP/WMS systems.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement principles such as 5S, Kanban and JIT (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound materials and ensure uninterrupted supply to production in line with the manufacturing plan.
• Oversee storage, movement and despatch of finished goods internally and via 3PL providers, ensuring OTIF delivery.
• Maintain accurate stock across raw materials, WIP and finished goods, leading cycle counts and resolving variances.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, including labour planning, training and performance management.
• Use ERP/MRP and WMS systems to manage material flow, monitor KPIs and drive corrective action where needed.
• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes, including 5S, FIFO and Kanban, while ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
