Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a Brigg-based manufacturer to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager. The role focuses on streamlining operations, improving processes and leading a team to ensure OTIF delivery.

You will manage inbound materials, oversee storage and despatch, maintain stock accuracy, and drive continuous improvement using ERP/MRP/WMS and 5S/Lean practices, while upholding Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar warehouse management role.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement such as 5S, Kanban, JIT (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound materials and ensure uninterrupted supply to production in line with the manufacturing plan
• Oversee storage, movement and despatch of finished goods internally and via 3PL providers, ensuring OTIF delivery
• Maintain accurate stock across raw materials, WIP and finished goods, leading cycle counts and resolving variances
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, including labour planning, training and performance management
• Use ERP/MRP and WMS systems to manage material flow, monitor KPIs and drive corrective action where needed
• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes, including 5S, FIFO and Kanban, while ensuring Health & Safety compliance
