Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager for a Brigg-based site in North Lincolnshire. The role focuses on streamlining warehouse operations, improving processes, and leading a small team to meet production schedules.

You will manage inbound materials, stock accuracy, and despatch to ensure OTIF delivery, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar warehouse management role.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/WMS systems.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement principles (5S, Kanban, JIT) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound materials and ensure uninterrupted supply to production in line with the manufacturing plan.
• Oversee storage, movement and despatch of finished goods internally and via 3PL providers, ensuring OTIF delivery.
• Maintain accurate stock across raw materials, WIP and finished goods, leading cycle counts and resolving variances.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, including labour planning, training and performance management.
• Use ERP/MRP and WMS systems to manage material flow, monitor KPIs and drive corrective action where needed.
• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes, including 5S, FIFO and Kanban, while ensuring Health & Safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
