Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression’s Warehouse Manager
Are responsible for managing our warehouse and ensuring all duties are completed in the timeframes set out by the General Manager.
- Receive and count deliveries into our main store.
- Update Protein on all stock going in and out of the warehouse.
- Receive deliveries for MFS and email confirmation of goods to the relevant stakeholder.
- Arrange stock transfers from all stores (stores to engineers).
- Provide technical advice to Ansul install and service teams.
- Ensure the general housekeeping of the warehouse is maintained.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding stock issues.
- Notify suppliers of short deliveries or parts issues.
- Issue purchase orders.
- Manage employees on Kitchensafe and interface builds.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding stock required, e.g., new parts.
- Actively source new suppliers for parts or tools required.
- Organise disposal and waste collection of old tanks, cylinders, etc.
- Unload deliveries received into the warehouse.
- Organise consumables orders.
- Conduct exit inventories of engineers' stock and tools when required.
- Produce stocktakes for parts with issues.
- Order new tools for engineers.
- Arrange waste collections.
- Pick, pack, and distribute fire extinguishers.
- Organise collection of cylinders for tests.
- Order stock for Kitchensafe builds.
- Stocktake of fast-moving stock and satellite stores.
- Conduct full warehouse stocktake annually.
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
We seek candidates with attributes such as a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, professionalism, ability to work independently and in a team. Specific requirements include:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Full driver’s license.
- Counterbalance forklift license (training available).
