Job summary

Escape Recruitment is supporting an established manufacturing business in Livingston with the appointment of a Warehouse Shift Manager. This hands‑on leadership role will oversee warehouse and despatch activities, supervise a small team and ensure stock accuracy, safety and on‑time customer delivery.

You will lead operations, develop your team, manage stock and SAP records, and coordinate transport providers while driving KPI performance and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse operations in high‑volume manufacturing.
• Strong despatch and inventory management knowledge.
• SAP super‑user capability or equivalent stock control systems proficiency.
• Effective communication and people management skills.
• A practical, proactive approach to solving operational problems.
