The Best Connection Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at a site in Farlington, Hampshire. The role involves supervising a small team, coordinating stock levels, and ensuring timely production readiness and dispatch of goods.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with opportunities for overtime and a pay rate of £13.70 per hour, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in supervising or managing a team within a warehouse.

Responsabilités

• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure smooth daily functions.
• Check stock levels in and out of the business.
• Organise materials to support production.
• Relay daily figures to management.
• Sign off products ready for dispatch to customers.
• Manage a small team: assign tasks, track progress and provide feedback.
• Identify and resolve warehouse issues promptly.

Description du poste

The Best Connection are currently seeking a warehouse manager to work within the manufacturing sector for a client based in Farlington, Hampshire.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Working within a warehouse overseeing the operations
• Checking stock levels in and out of the company and business
• Organising materials ready for production
• Relaying daily figures to management
• Signing off products ready to be dispatched to customers
• Managing a small team - assigning tasks, tracking and monitoring assignments and giving feedback back to management
• Dealing with and resolving and issues within the warehouse.

Previous experience in supervising or managing a team within a warehouse would be beneficial for this role

Hours of work are: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Opportunities for overtime available

Pay Rate: £13.70 p/hr, weekly pay
