Job description

Our client, based in Aylesbury, is looking to recruit a well-experienced Warehouse Manager to join their fantastic business, which offers a great range of benefits alongside the role.

Job Role

The warehouse manager oversees the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring security and productivity. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and managing warehouse staff. This role also ensures adherence to safety protocols and meeting productivity targets. Your time will be substantially occupied with day-to-day warehouse operations, growth initiatives, and general operational assistance.

Duties:

  • Managing stock levels, controlling inventory, and updating or implementing inventory management systems.
  • Overseeing the process of receiving shipments, organizing storage, and planning dispatch of products with relevant QC.
  • Supervising warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Performance tracking.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

  • High attention to detail and highly organized.
  • FLT Experience.
  • Food health & safety knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and can-do approach.

Salary and Working Hours:

GBP37,500 - GBP45,000 DOE, Monday to Friday.
