PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Make it your story! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join an ambitious company that is growing year on year! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by overseeing a wide range of tasks, managing the warehouse team and maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
This is an opportunity for someone to come onboard and take ownership of a growing department. We have a real variety of clients; however, the core of our business predominantly sits within the High-End fashion industry. This would be a very hands-on role, where we would be looking for someone to bring positive energy, is ambitious and wants to help drive the business forward.
Reporting to our Directors, job specific training will be provided but this position requires previous warehouse experience, a tidy mindset, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
Specific Job Responsibilities

·When on-site at TIV, supplier or customer premises, comply, encourage and assist the implementation of all safe work practices and procedures required by OHS regulations as requested or required by TIV suppliers and/or customers.
·Ensure applicable incident reporting process and procedure is followed.
Actively participate in all ways in the reduction of OHS incidents.
Skills and Experience
·At least 5 years’ warehouse experience, preferably with significant exposure to international haulage, freight forwarding and logistics.
·Computer literate and has experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
·Clear understanding and acceptance of operational responsibility to OH&S.
·A can-do, hands-on mindset with the ability to work autonomously as required.
