Good understanding of health & safety practices and safe working methods.

Responsibilities

Complete planned maintenance and carry out safe, timely repairs across the warehouse.
Respond quickly to maintenance issues, diagnosing faults and resolving problems effectively.
Support the upkeep of building fabric, including doors, racking, minor plumbing, painting, and general repairs.
Carry out safety checks and ensure compliance with site standards and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and support contractor activity on site.
Work collaboratively with Operations teams, supporting small layout changes and improvement activities.
