Job summary

Lidl in Birmingham is hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Operative to keep our distribution centre and stores in top condition. You'll maintain, repair and service our fleet of equipment, and support a busy warehouse team with proactive maintenance.

You'll work with PPTs, LLOPs and FLTs, use hand tools, and collaborate with external contractors. We offer a competitive salary £28,500–£31,500, 40-hour weeks, generous holiday and a pension, plus ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Confidence working with mechanical equipment (PPTs, LLOPs and FLTs).
• Ability to work with hand tools and specialist lifting equipment.
• Motivation, positivity and initiative.
• A flair for multi-tasking to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
• An eye for detail in a busy working environment.

Responsibilities
