Job summary

TLP in Liverpool is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to own day-to-day warehouse operations within a busy courier business. The role focuses on keeping the warehouse organised, efficient goods in/out, stock records and space utilisation.

You will coordinate deliveries and dispatch, handle paperwork and administration, support e-commerce orders, and spot opportunities to improve processes. The successful candidate is proactive, practical and ready to take ownership without leading a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• Experience in using Mintsoft.
• Ideally some e-commerce experience.
• Good organisational and administration skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and dealing with paperwork.

• Managing stock records and keeping on top of stock movements.
• Making the best use of available warehouse space.

Family run same day courier company are expanding their team and are looking for someone organised, proactive and practical to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our warehouse.

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, logistics or e-commerce experience who is ready for a bit more responsibility and wants to make their mark.
