Overview:

How does coming into a newly created leadership role for a UK leader in their sector sound?

As we continue to grow on our Birkenhead site, we are looking for a strong leader to come in and manage our warehouse and logistics – a role where we want you to tell us what to do, not the other way around. A chance to use your experience and knowledge to revolutionise this part of our business and see it evolve how you want.

This will be part of our senior leadership team, where we believe there are many improvements to be made. You will receive all the support you need but will also have the opportunity to use your expertise to mould the department as you see fit.

The role itself:

This role has previously been under different management, but as we grow and win more contracts, we now need someone to manage and improve our warehouse and logistics operations. You will oversee a team of 4, ensuring smooth operations, implementing new procedures like barcoding, and working with couriers to optimize distribution within the UK and globally.
