Whistl Logistics in the UK seeks a Labour Planning Analyst to forecast labour demand and create staffing plans for our fast-paced warehouse operation in Wellingborough.

You will use WMS data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimise resource levels, and support operational success, working closely with leaders to ensure service performance and cost control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in labour planning and workforce optimisation.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience within a fast-paced logistics or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse KPIs and operational workflows.
• Understanding of UK labour legislation and safety standards.
• Proficient in Excel and workforce planning tools (Kronos, Reflexis or similar).
• Experience managing agency labour.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
