Job summary

Great Bear in Goresbrook is hiring a Warehouse First Line Manager for a full-time, permanent position. You will oversee operations to meet service levels safely and efficiently, acting as a crucial link to satisfy customer requirements.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shifts. Salary ranges from £37,000 to £38,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a first-line manager or senior warehouse operative in logistics/3PL.
• Strong operational and people management skills.
• Solid communication and coaching abilities for team development.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact with admin, stock and management to resolve warehouse issues.
• Prepare and complete shift handover documents and share data for smooth transitions.
• Performance manage operatives using warehouse management tools and systems.
