Job summary

Rachel Hill Resourcing is seeking a permanent Warehouse Operative in Leighton Buzzard. Your role will involve safe forklift operation, efficient loading/unloading, and accurate stock control using a warehouse management system.

You will participate in order processing, stock checks, and cycle counts while complying with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate has forklift certification, strong numeracy, and good communication skills to work within a team and support continuous workflow

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment with knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Valid forklift license certification/experience in Counterbalance.
• Strong materials handling skills with understanding of safe lifting techniques.
• Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures and documentation requirements.
• Numeracy skills for inventory counting, measurements and calculations.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail in stock management.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team.

Salary: £28000 to £29000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
