Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland in Winsford, England, is seeking a dedicated FLT/Warehouse Operator on a permanent basis. You will operate forklift trucks, assist picking and packing, and use our inventory systems to ensure accurate order processing.

The role requires a valid counterbalance FLT licence, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-focused approach. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with a supportive environment and opportunities to grow within the logistics team.

Qualifications

Our client, a leading organisation in the Logistics & Transportation sector, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic FLT/Warehouse Operator to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Forklift Trucks (FLT) safely and efficiently to move goods within the warehouse.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operator or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• A valid FLT (counterbalance) licence is essential for this position.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
