Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our team in Rugby, supporting our customer Haier. You will provide first level support to the operations and senior shift managers in managing the team as they carry out their daily task by maintaining a consistent presence within the operation.
This is a full time, permanent position, working an any 5 from 7 shift pattern of 22:00 till 06:00.
We're looking to offer a salary of up to £41,491.00 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance), and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
