GXO Logistics, Inc. in the UK is recruiting a Warehouse First Line Manager for the Primark Thrapston site. You will lead a night-shift team from 22:00 to 06:00, drive safety, performance and continuous improvement on the warehouse floor.
Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will allocate daily work, manage headcount and overtime, and deliver strong KPIs while maintaining high standards of product care and environment, health and safety compliance.

Here at GXO, we’re seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Primark Thrapston site. You'll be at the heart of the operation, leading by example and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you'll drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring performance targets are achieved through strong leadership and effective day-to-day management.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work ‘any 5 from 7’, across our night shift, covering the hours of 22:00 till 06:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £36,017.17 plus shift premium of £3,665.00 per annum, and 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
