Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse First Line Manager for our B&Q operation in Branston. This full-time role leads a team to deliver safety, service and performance while developing colleagues.

The shift is Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:30, totaling 40 hours per week. The role includes a salary of £34,361 per annum, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), a company pension plan, death in service benefit and personal accident insurance, plus perks like high street discounts

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong people management skills, with experience coaching, developing and engaging teams
• Good understanding of warehouse KPIs, operational performance and Health & Safety best practice
• Experience working with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office packages, including Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and lead by example

Here at GXO Logistics, we're looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our B&Q operation in Branston. You'll play a key role in leading your team to deliver operational excellence, ensuring customer service levels, productivity and safety standards are consistently achieved while supporting the continued growth and development of your colleagues.

This is a full‑time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, on a fixed Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:30 shift pattern.
