Pay Rate: £29,500 + Night shift allowance

Position: Warehouse FLM

Grade: N

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift Patterns: Night shift, any 5 from 7, 22:30 - 06:30

Location: MK43 9AA - Bedford

The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a solid understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

Responsibilities

1. Assist management by monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of warehousing activities and performance in your designated area.
2. Supervise, implement, and coordinate productivity; communicate job expectations to direct reports; ensure deadlines are met safely and standards of excellence are maintained.
3. Track and trace orders using digital in-house tracking software, maintaining accurate records.
4. Conduct basic low-level incident investigations and escalate safety non-compliance issues promptly.
5. Monitor team and individual performances.

Requirements
