Rexel Farnham is looking for a Warehouse Operative/Delivery Driver to join the branch team. You will handle warehouse duties, stock control, pick/pack products and load vans for deliveries, with coverage on delivery routes when required.

Working Monday to Friday, 7am–4pm, this role offers a team environment, opportunities for development, and a benefits package including a gainshare bonus, generous annual leave, private medical insurance, pension and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driver's licence with no more than 3 points and be at least 21 years old (Insurance Purposes)
• Have proven multi-drop and basic warehouse experience
• Have great conversational skills to enhance customer service and engagement with colleagues and customers
• Have the ability to switch up your day to support the business needs

Responsabilités

• Perform inbound stock control and picking/packing from our vast product line
• Load vans for deliveries and cover delivery routes when required
• Provide first-hand customer interaction to offer a great service and secure repeat customers
