Job summary

Rexel Salford is seeking a Warehouse Operative/ Delivery Driver to join the branch team on a Monday - Friday schedule. You’ll handle warehouse duties, load vans, and perform multi-drop deliveries to regular customers, while delivering great service.

You will interact with customers on site and during deliveries, supporting the operation with reliable, friendly service and helping maintain stock control and accuracy across the product range.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK Driver's Licence, with no more than 3 points and be aged at least 21.
• Proven multi-drop and basic warehouse experience.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and colleagues.
• Adaptability to switch tasks to support the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Complete warehouse duties including stock control, picking/packing and loading vans for deliveries.
• Cover delivery routes as required and provide excellent customer service on each visit.

Job Description

As a Warehouse Operative/ Delivery Driver, you will be an integral part of the branch team, by completing warehouse duties such as inwards stock control and picking and packing products from our vast product line, Loading up the vans for deliveries to be completed and covering delivery routes when required.

This role allows you to have firsthand customer interaction and support the operation by offering a great service to our customers to enhance the service we provide and securing repeat customers.

• COMMUNICATION: Have great conversational skills to enhance your customer service and engagement across to your colleagues and Customers
