Job summary

Millbrook Healthcare Group in Brighton and Hove is seeking a Warehouse Service Technician to join our Community Equipment Service Centre. You will manage stock, prepare equipment for installation, and ensure accurate logging and decontamination processes.

You’ll work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 with a weekend rota. We offer a pension, life assurance and opportunities to training and career development within our growing team.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/decontamination experience is desirable; full training provided.
• Computer literate; experience with stock management systems advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with team and suppliers.
• Keen to develop within the role and the company.
• Hard working, driven and motivated.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Stock management including labelling and logging of equipment.
• Picking, packing and loading equipment to assist installers.
• Logging orders and communicating receipts to customer services.
• Updating order and stock systems using a scanner.
• Quarantine, sterilise and re-pack equipment; document and log paperwork.
• Decontamination of community equipment.
• Day-to-day running of the warehouse and decon areas.
• Maintenance and housekeeping; repairs including PAT testing.
• Occasional support to field-based Installation Technicians; load/deliver recycled products internally.
• Ad-hoc weekend rota participation.
