Job summary

Aligra is recruiting a Warehouse Counterbalance Driver to join their busy UK warehouse team. This varied role covers stock control, inbound and outbound bookings, and supporting day-to-day operations. If you're organised, computer literate and have FLT experience, we'd love to hear from you.

We offer a competitive hourly rate (£13.77 base, £16.03 overtime) with a temp-to-perm path after a successful trial. Training and development are provided, and you'll be part of a stable, long-term team with

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence preferred.
Good computer literacy and confidence using warehouse systems.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

Booking in inbound deliveries of fan blades and updating stock records.
Processing outbound orders and booking stock out to subcontractors and end users.
Maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
Operating a Counterbalance FLT for approximately 30 minutes per day.
Loading, unloading and moving stock as required.
Reporting stock discrepancies and ensuring inventory accuracy.
Supporting general warehouse operations and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
