Job summary

Aligra is recruiting for a FLT Warehouse Operative to join a busy UK warehouse. The role combines forklift operation and general warehouse duties, supporting smooth movement and storage of stock.

You will work 07:30–16:00, Monday to Friday, with training and development opportunities. A valid Counterbalance and/or Reach FLT licence is required, and there is a temp-to-perm progression for the right candidate in a safe, temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance and/or Reach FLT licence needed.
• Experience operating FLTs in a warehouse setting.
• Training available if only one licence is held.
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and Reach FLTs safely.
• Load, unload and move stock within the warehouse.
• Stock put-away and storage location replenishment.
• Pick, transport and stage pallets as required.
• Assist with stock checks and inventory accuracy.
• Complete FLT safety checks and report issues.
