Job summary

Hunters Recruitment & Training Ltd in Partridge Green, West Sussex, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join a hands-on team, blending customer service, order fulfilment and warehouse support.

You will handle customer enquiries, returns and warranty claims, while assisting with picking, dispatch, stock control and deliveries, including forklift operations when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or fulfilment operations.
• Strong customer service and communication.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Proficient with computer systems.
• Reliable, proactive and practical.
• Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
• Experience with Shopify/stock systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, returns and warranty claims.
• Resolve delivery issues with courier (DPD).
• Advise customers on products and suitcases.
• Pick, prepare and dispatch orders.
• Assist with stock takes and warehouse organisation.
• Support deliveries and incoming containers.
• Operate a forklift safely when required.
• Collaborate with Warehouse & Logistics Manager.

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join the team. This is a varied, hands‑on role combining customer service, order fulfilment and warehouse support.

You’ll handle customer enquiries, returns, delivery issues and warranty claims, while supporting the warehouse with picking, dispatch, stock control and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, returns and warranty claims.
• Resolve delivery issues with DPD.
• Advise customers on products and suitcases.
• Pick, prepare and dispatch orders.
• Assist with stock takes and warehouse organisation.
• Support incoming deliveries and containers.
• Operate a forklift safely when required.
• Work closely with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager.

Skills & Experience

• Warehouse or fulfilment experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computer systems.
• Reliable, proactive and practical.
• Forklift Licence preferred not essential.
• Shopify/stock system experience desirable.
