Job summary

Assist Resourcing is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Skelmersdale to join a busy logistics environment. You will perform production line tasks, pick and pack orders, and assist with pallet loading, including handling items with alcohol content.

A two-week training period is provided, with ongoing temporary shifts through to January 2027. Public transport access varies by area, with weekly pay and opportunities for overtime to boost earnings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a Warehouse environment would be preferential.
• 2 weeks full training is provided.

Location Skelmersdale, England Sector Logistics Distribution & Supply Chain Salary £12.71 per hour

Job Title:Warehouse Operative- Production line work, picking, packing and pallet work. Working with alcohol.
Location:Skelmersdale- Public transport is limited - please check you can travel to WN8 9TA
Pay Rate:£12.71 p/h
Working Hours:4 on 4 off - (07:00 - 19:00 or 19:00 - 07:00)- Weekly rota provided
Experience:Previous experience working in a Warehouse environment would be preferential, and 2 weeks full training is provided
Contract type: Ongoing temporary work available, with strong demand and regular shifts expected through to January 2027

If you are a hard-working individual, who relishes a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.We are looking for someone whoideally has previous experience but you will be given 2 weeks training when you start, so we are open to speaking to people with transferrable skills.
You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. Public transport in the area is limited so please check you can travel to WN8 before you apply.
