About The Role
As a Warehouse Controller at GSF Car Parts, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of Warehouse Operatives. Your role will ensure stock availability to meet sales targets and that the operational functions of the Warehouse run smoothly.
Main Duties include:
- Manage the organisation and performance of the Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control departments to ensure efficiency.
- Pick and load vans/carriers accurately for timely customer deliveries.
- Verify stock quantities against computer records.
- Use judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges.
- Assist the branch manager with holiday/sickness cover, weekly planning, team development, and collaboration with drivers to optimize delivery services.
- Create a positive environment where employees are valued and can develop their potential.
Working hours:
Average hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working.
About You
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of managing a warehouse, preferably in a fast-paced environment like FMCG.
What you'll need to succeed:

- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Customer and sales focus.
- Experience with MAM is desirable but not essential.
