About The Role

As a Warehouse Controller at GSF Car Parts, you are responsible for motivating and leading a team of Warehouse Operatives. You will ensure that stock levels support sales budgets and that the operational functions of the Warehouse run smoothly.

Main Duties Include

• Manage the organisation and performance to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control departments.
• Pick and load van/carrier accurately for timely customer delivery when required.
• Check stock quantities against computer records for accuracy.
• Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles.
• Ensure the operational functions of the Warehouse run smoothly and assist the branch manager with holiday/sickness cover, weekly planning, team development, and collaborating with Drivers to optimize delivery services.
• Create a positive and supportive environment where employees are valued and can reach their potential.

Working Hours

45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working.

About You

You will have a proven track record of managing a warehouse, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as FMCG.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Experience with MAM is desirable but not essential.
