MANITOU Group is seeking a warehouse associate for its Belvidere, Illinois site. You will use scanners and computers to manage Small Package Ground and LTL orders, ensure accuracy, and support daily goals with coaching from supervisors.

The role requires warehouse experience, familiarity with barcode scanning, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. On-site work with a daytime shift and a potential quarterly bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience with barcode scanning systems/handheld devices is advantageous.
• Forklift certification is preferred and testable.
• Strong analytical and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work autonomously within established parameters.

Responsabilités

• Assist directing daily activities for SPG and LTL operations via computer and scanners.
• Coaching and aiding teams to meet daily goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Consolidate orders and troubleshoot incomplete orders with issues.
• Transfer complete orders to pack stations and support supervisors.
• Lift up to 50 lbs following safe lifting practices.
