Rexel UK Ltd in Exeter is seeking a reliable Warehouse Person to join our supply chain team. You will be responsible for picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and for the smooth movement of goods through our warehouse.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a focus on accuracy, safety and teamwork. Rexel offers a supportive environment and benefits including bonus schemes, generous annual leave, pension and health cover.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse roles with safe handling and high-volume environments.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors, drivers, and cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability to fluctuating daily tasks and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
• Assist in conducting cycle counts, Returns & logging supplier discrepancy.
• Communicate effectively with management & team members.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks in the warehouse.
