Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking a committed Warehouse Person to join our Oxford Cowley-based team on a Monday–Friday shift. You will manage warehouse operations and support deliveries to ensure smooth flow of goods across the supply chain.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, loading/unloading, keeping safe procedures, and collaborating with drivers and supervisors. Experience in high-volume environments and SLA-driven roles is desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong warehouse experience including safe manual handling, picking, packing, goods-in/out, loading/unloading trailers, palletising, stock replenishment and use of warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with proper handling of goods.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
• Assist in cycle counts, returns and supplier discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Perform basic warehouse cleaning and maintenance tasks.
