Rexel UK is hiring a Warehouse Colleague to join our Oxford Cowley site, working Monday to Friday in a fast-paced environment. You will pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment, load and unload vehicles, and ensure strict safety practices are followed.

We emphasise teamwork, reliability and accuracy, with a focus on meeting tight SLAs. The role suits those with strong warehouse experience and a proactive, adaptable approach to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong warehouse experience including safe manual handling, picking, packing, goods-in/out, loading/unloading trailers, palletising and basic stock replenishment.
• Clear communicator with supervisors, drivers and cross-functional teams; reporting issues and following instructions.
• Ability to switch between tasks to support business needs and maintain high-paced operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the warehouse
• Assist in conducting cycle counts, returns and logging supplier discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks in the warehouse
