B&M Retail Limited at Bedford Distribution Centre is hiring Warehouse Colleagues to help keep stores stocked and customers served. The role offers consistent hours, full-time permanent contracts and a daily shift pattern with early and late options.

You’ll pick and prepare stock using MHE, build secure pallets, and work as part of a safety-conscious team. Training is provided, no prior warehouse experience is required, with opportunities for progression and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Team players with a positive attitude and good attention to detail.
• Self-motivated individuals who can work independently and hit performance targets.
• Comfortable with manual handling in a fast-paced environment.
• While warehouse experience is a plus, it's not essential - we'll train the right people.

Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing stock for delivery using MHE (full training provided).
• All training will take place during our day shifts.
• Building accurate and secure pallets ready for transport.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and teamwork.
