About the Role

Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, this role may be suitable for you. Late and weekend work are requirements, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.

Our stores are stocked with thousands of products, from clothes and household items to food and frozen goods. Our warehouse teams are essential in picking and organizing these products to ensure they reach our stores on time. This role involves fast-moving, busy, and varied work.

As part of your responsibilities, you'll complete a Level 2 warehouse operative apprenticeship and will be responsible for:

1. Replenishing stock of all shapes and sizes in the warehouse
2. Picking stock by store or product type and preparing deliveries for stores
3. Using equipment safely and effectively (training provided)

If you're interested in pursuing a career in logistics through a Level 2 apprenticeship alongside your job, this role offers that opportunity. Support will be provided by our apprenticeship provider Babcock and your line manager throughout the 12-month apprenticeship. Please note, passing functional Maths and English tests is required unless exempted.
