full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join us at our Hatfield operation, in partnership with Arla foods, handling some of the best known brands in the UK.

Pay, benefits, and more:

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll work in our busy operations department (full training provided). You’ll work 40.25 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off night shift from 19:00 to 07:00. We offer a competitive rate of £14.90 per hour, with overtime available at an enhanced rate.

Typical daily responsibilities:

As our new warehouse colleague at Hatfield, you will ensure products are accurately picked and dispatched on time and in full. You will be part of a high-performing, dynamic team and primarily expected to:

• Work in a chilled environment (1-4°C) handling liquid dairy products
• Manual order picking using MHE trucks and RF guns
• Perform various warehouse tasks
• Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene standards
• Unload and load vehicles
• Manage stock movement and rotation in the fridge

Qualifications and skills needed:

• Interest or experience in warehousing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
