About the role

We are hiring a Warehouse Operative to join our team. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities. We seek motivated individuals with a strong work ethic. The role involves working 37.5 hours per week on various shift patterns, including weekends, with regular overtime available. Shifts are on a double days pattern from 6 am to 2 pm and 2 pm to 10 pm. The job requires manual handling of weights up to 25kg and using material handling equipment such as low level order pickers, pump/pallet trucks, and reach trucks.

Prior to employment, a successful drug and alcohol test is required.

Responsibilities

As part of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for picking, receiving, storing, stacking, and dispatching ambient and chilled goods. Your focus on safety, efficiency, and service quality is essential.

Requirements

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are crucial. You should be hardworking, deadline-oriented, and possess a professional, positive, organized, and enthusiastic attitude. Experience in a warehouse is advantageous but not essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important. Self-motivation is key.
